What is RCF?
We are proud to be under the strict Rabbinical supervision of the RCF-Rabbinate of Central and North Florida.
The RCF is a local Hashgacha which supervises all Mehadrin Kosher food establishments in the greater Orlando area.
The RCF’s highly experienced Rabbinical authorities have been representing many internationally and nationally acclaimed Hashgachos, here in Central Florida, for over 30 years.
The RCF is a nationally recognized Hashgacha who's standards are up to par with reputable national Kashrus standards.
The RCF is a proud and active member of AKO and is listed on cRc of Chicago's recommended certifications list.
We have a full-time Mashgiach/ Ne'eman Kashrut onsite during all hours of operation, to ensure the highest level of kashrus possible.
All dairy is Cholov Yisroel.
All fish is certified Mashgiach Temidi.
All bread is Pas Yisroel.
All leafy greens, herbs and vegetables are washed and checked via the most proven Shmata method.
